And we can provide the SGS report of the wire. The wire diameters range from 0.003 inches (0.08mm) to 0.275 (7.00mm) inches to meet the requirements of different applications.Q: Do you support small orders or do you only accept large orders?
A: Jiusheng Springs can produce either high or low volume springs depending on your needs. We will work with you to select the most efficient solution.

Q: How long does a custom spring typically take?
A: Lead times for custom springs vary. For compression, extension, torsion and linear springs in our tooling range, we can deliver within 7 to 10 days. However, for some springs with complex shapes, the lead time is approximately 14 to 21 days.
Q: Do you charge for custom spring samples?
A: We charge a sample fee for custom springs as an ordering fee for a full order. In other words, the sample fee is refundable upon our receipt of the order. However, if your sample requires additional tooling, we will charge for that.
