A: Lead times for custom springs vary depending on the type. For compression, extension, torsion, and linear springs within our tooling range, delivery is typically within 7 to 10 days. For springs with more complex shapes, the lead time extends to approximately 14 to 21 days.

Q: Do you charge for custom spring samples?
A: A sample fee is charged for custom springs, which serves as an ordering fee for a full order. This fee is refundable upon receipt of the full order. However, should your sample necessitate additional tooling, we will charge accordingly.
