A: Lead times for custom springs can vary based on complexity. For standard compression, extension, torsion, and linear springs within our tooling range, we can deliver within 7 to 10 days. For springs with more intricate shapes, the lead time extends to approximately 14 to 21 days.

Q: Do you charge for custom spring samples?
A: Yes, we charge a sample fee for custom springs, which is considered as a deposit for a full order. This sample fee is refundable upon the placement of a full order. However, if your sample requires additional specialized tooling, we will charge an additional fee for that.
